Film lobbies, theaters, and multiplexes are permitted to open in Delhi with 50% seating limit, while the Delhi Metro would now be able to work at 100% limit from Monday, 26 July, the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) said in a request on Saturday, 24 July.
